Our Story
LIMA's Interior Design Division was founded by Alíz Ördög. After finishing her studies, she started working in Budapest in the mid-2000s. In 2007, her office expanded to a team of eight, including interior designers, visual designers and two architects. During these years, the office has received numerous commissions from English, Irish and Scottish investors buying properties in Hungary. These successful collaborations led to the establishment of the firm's London office in 2008. In the following years, the two offices continued to expand thanks to a number of assignments. Bianka Hajdú joined the team in 2015 as an interior designer. Together with Alíz, they have been commissioned first to design interiors for private houses, then for hotels, offices and community spaces. Their work has been rewarded with a growing number of awards. Among them, one of the most prestigious European Property Awards, which was won in 2021 for the interior design of the Kecskemét University Campus.
