The Client requested that we prepare the plans for a high-end apartment building in a prime location in Budapest, near the City Park. The Client intends to build high-end condominiums with exclusive living areas
The residential complex is made up of three main buildings. The three structures are made up of five towers. The two-tower structures are linked to one another. Each apartment has its own large terrace. All around, a deep balcony system has been designed. Maximum cantilevered projection, which monolithic reinforced concrete can still achieve. The majority of the terraces have views of the City Park's trees.
The generous use of space is not limited to the apartments. It is also reflected in public areas such as the reception area and the fitness center
On the roof terrace, we designed a pergola with seating and a panoramic view of the Liget and Pest's city center
